What are Krav Maga Bootcamps?

Boot camps are fast-tracked Krav Maga training programs spread over 1 to 2 days, focusing on teaching essential aspects of Krav Maga techniques and their application in the real world under realistic conditions. Our boot camps are intense, energetic & explosive training programs designed to improve your fitness, confidence & Krav Maga techniques. It is a 6-hour activity that will completely test your limits, and challenge you mentally, emotionally and physically. Our training programs are conducted safely with protective gear to avoid any injury.

· Defence against knife attacks

· Defence against firearms such as revolvers etc

· Time: 11 Am to 5 Pm (Weekends)

Do I need to be fit to attend the Krav Maga boot camp?

No, you don’t need to be super fit. The intensity rate will differ from person to person and will not be the same for everyone. The idea is boot camp is to train people in Krav Maga that sticks with them. There will be multiple short built-in breaks during the boot camp for snacks, water & lunch. 

 

What should I bring with me for the Boot camp?

  1. Bring your smile

  2. Face towel.

  3. Water will be available. If you want you can bring your bottle of water.

  4. Shoes are a must. Kindly wear them during the workshop

  5. Kindly buy a mouthguard.

  6. Groin guard for men

 

What will be provided?

  1. Snacks – Vegetarian 

  2. Lunch – Vegetarian
