Each weekend class delivers a blend of foundational and advanced Krav Maga techniques, ensuring that beginners establish strong basics while advanced students refine their skills. Class Structure

What to Bring
To ensure safe and effective training, please bring the following items:​

Mandatory: Sports shoes with good grip are essential for all participants to ensure stability and safety during exercises.
