The programme
Most leaders know what to do in a crisis. Far fewer can do it at two in the morning, exhausted, with half the information and a team watching. Lead Under Fire is a half-day programme for senior leaders, led by Colonel Bhagavat Singh Bharat (Retd), a former NSG commando, with Krav Maga instructor Gopal Raghavan. You will feel what pressure does to your judgement, make real decisions inside it, and review them the way the military does. Then comes the part leadership programmes often leave out: how to reset, rest and regroup, so you are fit to lead tomorrow and not only today.
Led by

Colonel Bhagavat Singh Bharat (Retd)
Lead facilitator
A former Army officer and NSG commando, known to many as Bharat Singh. He appears in Sandeep Unnithan's Black Tornado, the account of the NSG's 26/11 operation, as Major B. Bharath, an NSG squadron commander.
Gopal Raghavan
Pressure training
Founder of Raw Krav Maga and a Krav Maga Global G2 instructor. He designs the controlled drills that let leaders feel, safely, what stress does to judgement.
In the room
1. Feel it
Controlled pressure shows, in your own body, what stress does to thinking. Led by Gopal.
2. Decide
A realistic business crisis, with limited time and incomplete information. Led by Colonel Bharat.
3. Review
A no-blame after-action review of the decisions you just made. Led by Colonel Bharat.
4. Reset
How a leader rests, regroups and stays fit to lead the next day. Led by both.
The full programme is shared in a proposal.
What leaders take away
- A way to decide under pressure, practised and not only discussed.
- A way to review decisions without blame, which their teams can use on Monday.
- A daily routine to rest and recover, so pressure does not wear them down.
The thinking behind it
Special forces train under pressure, because practising under simulated pressure improves performance when it counts. Reviews help leaders learn from what just happened, and surveys of Indian professionals consistently find that more than half report burnout symptoms, which is why recovery is part of the design.
Format
- For 8 to 12 leaders, so that everyone takes part.
- No slides. No fitness or martial arts experience needed.
- Comfortable clothes, brought by participants.
- At your office, in a cleared space, or at an offsite venue.
Duration: A half day, 3 to 4 hours.
Questions about Lead Under Fire
How is this different from a leadership talk?
Nobody sits and listens. Leaders feel pressure, decide inside it and review it. The session is led by someone who has led people where a wrong call has a real cost.
Is it physical, and is it safe?
Some activities involve movement. Everything is supervised and adapted to the group, and no fitness or martial arts experience is needed. Raw Krav Maga has run more than 60 self-defence workshops for more than 30 organisations, so running safe, supervised sessions for corporate teams is routine.
How many people can attend?
Eight to twelve leaders, so that everyone takes part.
What does it cost?
We share the details and the fee in a proposal, after a short conversation about your goals.
Can it be held at our office?
Yes. We can run it in a cleared space at your office, or at an offsite venue, in Chennai and across India.
