4-Week Corporate Resilience Programme for Women Employees

4 weeks, 2 hours a week. A cohort of 20 to 30 women learns to read threats, escape holds and stay calm under pressure.

The programme

A single session raises awareness. Four weeks builds skill and confidence that last. A cohort of 20 to 30 women meets once a week for 2 hours, at your office or an offsite venue, depending on the space. Because it all fits inside one month, HR does not have to worry about long-term drop-offs.

The four weeks

Week 1: The tactical mindset

Many attacks begin with a testing phase. Learn to spot it, keep your distance, and stop trouble before it turns physical. Your voice becomes a weapon: clear, firm and calm under pressure.

Week 2: Cabs, lifts and confined spaces

The commute is a high-risk moment for many women employees. Learn to read the warning signs in cabs, auto-rickshaws, lifts and stairwells, and how to escape from a seated position.

Week 3: High-leverage escapes

Break wrist grabs, wall pins, hair pulls and chokes using technique, not strength, so a smaller person can get free from a stronger one.

Week 4: The Crucible

Skills learned calmly must also work under stress. Safe, supervised drills let every participant test them under simulated adrenaline. The programme ends with a Raw Krav Maga programme completion certificate.

What your team takes away

  • Awareness that spots trouble early, before it turns physical.
  • A short set of escapes that rely on technique, not strength.
  • Confidence from practising under pressure, adapted to each participant.
  • A programme completion certificate for every participant.

Start with a 90-minute workshop

Not ready for four weeks? A 90-minute workshop is a separate, foundational session, and a good way in. It suits International Women's Day, a team offsite or a department's wellness budget. Book it as a one-off, or as a quarterly pack of 4 workshops across the year, each for a fresh batch of 25 to 30 women, so more than 100 employees are trained by year end. You can then follow it with the 4-week programme for a dedicated cohort. See the workshop options.

Format

  • A cohort of 20 to 30 women, depending on the space.
  • 4 weeks, 2 hours a week, 8 hours in all.
  • At your office or an offsite venue, with clear floor space.
  • Comfortable clothes. Everything is supervised and adapted to each participant.
  • Led by Gopal Raghavan, a Krav Maga Global (KMG) G2 instructor.

How we measure results

We agree goals with you before we begin. A short before-and-after check for participants shows what changed, and we share a simple summary with HR.

Questions about the programme

Who is the programme for?

Women employees at any level and in any role. A cohort of 20 to 30 women takes part together, so everyone practises and nobody just watches.

Do participants need to be fit?

Everything is taught step by step and adapted to each participant, and nobody is pushed beyond what they can do.

How is it different from a 90-minute workshop?

A workshop is a foundational session that raises awareness in 90 minutes. The 4-week programme builds skills week by week, tests them under pressure and ends with a programme completion certificate.

How effective will it be?

Skills learned calmly often disappear when adrenaline hits, so this programme does not rely on repetition alone. Each week adds a skill, and Week 4 tests them all under simulated adrenaline and stress, in safe, supervised drills. Practising under pressure helps a technique stay with you, so participants can use it when it counts. The techniques are the ones we have taught in more than 60 self-defence workshops for more than 30 organisations.

Where does it run?

At your office, in a space with clear floor, or at an offsite venue, in Chennai and across India.

What does it cost?

We share the details and the fee in a proposal, after a short conversation about your team and your space.
